We are based in Cromwell, but are available to work wherever you need our services.
We undertake geotechnical and environmental investigations as well as assessment of ground, air and water contamination and contamination of the built environment.
Our Environmental services are available for residential, commercial and industrial building and land developments projects. We do the following:
• 'HAIL Reports' for subdivision of land
• Environmental due diligence / Pre-purchase assessments
• Environmental Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI)
• Environmental Detailed Site Investigations (DSI)
• Assessments of Environmental Effects (AEE)
• Independent asbestos assessment in buildings and soil. We are not asbestos removalists, so have no conflict of interest
• Methamphetamine (P) residue, mould and lead paint testing
• Removal of underground fuel storage tanks (Tank Pulls)
• Volatile vapour assessments
• Remediation Action Plans (RAP)
• Site Validation Reports (SVR)
• Consent applications for land disturbance / earthworks
• Environmental monitoring for consent compliance (water, soil and air)
• Ecological Assessments for Green Star accreditation
Our Geotechnical services are available for residential, commercial and industrial building and land developments projects. We do the following:
• Desk based studies of geological and geotechnical data
• Subsurface explorations tailored to the project requirements
• Geotechnical hazard assessment as necessary, including slope stability, settlement and liquefaction
• Preparation of geotechnical reports to accompany Building Consent and Resource Consent applications
• Geotechnical design of shallow and deep foundations, and retaining walls
• Geotechnical construction monitoring, preparation of completion reports and producer statements
• Peer review of other consultants reports
